Mervyn's Journey

Mervyn's journey is one of passion and resilience. Originally on an academic path, his life took a turn at 18 when he discovered a love for the culinary arts, leading him to train at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. On Christmas 2020, Mervyn founded Mervyn's Madeleines, transforming it into a beloved local cafe. A year-long venture in Bangkok in 2022 brought challenges, but only strengthened his resolve. Now back at his original location, Mervyn is more determined than ever to elevate his cafe, delight regulars and win new guests over with his culinary creations.
